Properties:This product is light yellow or off-white powder with a relative density of 1.33, soluble in benzene, Trichloromethane, soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water. This product is odorless, non-hygroscopic and stable in storage.
Uses:TBzTD is a safe secondary amine-based accelerator, non-polluting, non-discoloring, non-carcinogenic, an environmentally friendly accelerator, mainly used to replace the thiuram-type auxiliary TMTD , because the presence of nitrosamines is harmful. According to the published literature, N-nitrosodibenzylamine is not carcinogenic. In the application of NR, SBR and NBR, TBzTD can be used as the main accelerator or auxiliary accelerator for rapid vulcanization. It can be used as an inhibitor in modified CR with ETU (ethylenethiourea (2-thiol imidazoline)). Compared with TMTD, TBzTD has longer scorch time and better scorch resistance.
Packing:Woven bag lined with plastic bag or kraft paper compound bag, 25kg/bag. Or according to customer requirements.
Storage: Store tightly closed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight. Valid for 1 year.
