In accordance with the "Notice of the Ministry of Environmental Protection on Printing and Distributing the Regulations on the Audit Procedures of Key Enterprises for Cleaner Production" (Huanfa [2005] No. 151), and the "Notice of the Ministry of Environmental Protection on Further Strengthening the Audit of Cleaner Production in Key Enterprises" (Huanfa [2008] No. 60), the "Notice of the Ministry of Environmental Protection on Further Promoting Cleaner Production in Key Enterprises" (Huan Fa [2010] No. 54), Lu Huanhan [2020] No. 152 Document "Shandong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment on the issuance of mandatory implementation in 2020" Heze Yongshun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a key enterprise for cleaner production review, and will officially launch this round of cleaner production review in May 2020.

After the audit, the electricity consumption per unit of hazardous waste disposal and the VOCs emission per unit of hazardous waste disposal of the key storage system and incineration system were 193.205 kwh/t and 4.028 kg/t, respectively, and the rate of change was a decrease of 4.64% and a decrease of 1.66%. The average cost of hazardous waste treatment per unit of the plant and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit of hazardous waste disposal were 2046.57 yuan/t and 1455.617 kgce/t, respectively, and the rate of change was a decrease of 1.49% and a decrease of 1.63% respectively. Target.
